The original story (released Dec. 12, 2022) follows:

Spectrum, launched in 2016, is one of the newest TV and Internet service providers. However, in their relatively short existence they have managed to gain a solid customer base.

Spectrum seeks to appeal to potential customers with offerings that include everything they need for home entertainment and productivity. You can hire their services individually or in bundles.

The company’s services work efficiently most of the time. But that doesn’t mean that its TV and Internet sections are totally free from glitches and interruptions.

To clarify your concerns about how widespread your services are malfunctioning, we will update this tracker whenever Spectrum TV or the Internet is down, has an outage, or is down for any reason during 2023.

Update 38 [July 13; 10:12]: New Internet service outage affecting some (1, 2, 3, 4, 5).

Update 37 [July 11; 16:44]: Service outage reported (1,2,3) from a section of users.

Update 36 [July 7; 10:41]: Users report a new Internet service outage (1, 2, 3, 4).

A. [17:30]: Last outage apparently fixed.

Update 35 [July 5; 17:57]: recent internet outage (1, 2) reportedly resolved.

Update 34 [July 4; 16:38]: Internet service finally restored after several hours of outage.

Update 33 [July 3; 17:25]: Major Internet outage (more than 12 hours) reported today (1, 2).

Update 32 [June 30; 09:56]: Users faced another internet outage today (1, 2), but it seems already fixed.

Update 31 [June 29; 11:00]: Internet service unavailable due to unannounced maintenance (1, 2, 3).

Update 30 [June 27; 01:07]: Major Internet Outage Finally Fixed (1, 2, 3).

Update 29 [June 26; 11:04]: New internet service outage reported (1, 2).

Update 28 [June 9; 11:47]: Channels that had problems are now available again.

Update 27 [June 8; 08:56]: ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox down for many Spectrum TV users (1, 2, 3). Problem below investigation.

Update 26 [May 19; 10:14]: Relationships (1,2,3,4) suggest that the service is down for some.

Update 25 [May 15; 10:15]: The service is down in some areas (1,2,3).

A. [18:00]: Internet services are fully functional again.

Update 24 [May 10; 10:42]: Service outage reported (1, 23) from a section of users.
